淡路町洋館 — 大正時代の息吹を未来へ

淡路町洋館は、大正後期1920年代に「中井歯科医院」様としてお建てになられた、由緒ある洋館で御座います。

私共は、この尊い建物を壊してしまう事無く、二年もの歳月を頂戴して修繕のお工事を進めて参りました。

建築当時の青写真（青焼図面）に忠実に、優れた建築技術やハイカラなお意匠をそのままに蘇らせます様、古い史料を丹念に調べ、昔ながらの工法に今の技術を添えて、建てられた当時の美しさと強さをしっかりとお守りして居ります。

壊すのではなく、大切に受け継いで参ります——。

昔の素晴らしき建築文化を、そのまま未来へとお繋ぎする事こそが、私共の願いで御座います。

Awajimachi Yokan — Carrying the Spirit of Taisho into the Future.

Awajimachi Yokan was originally built in 1920 (Taisho 9) as the Nakai Dental Clinic — a building with deep historical roots.

Rather than demolish this precious structure, we devoted two full years to careful restoration, honouring every detail of the original.

Working faithfully from the original blueprints, we researched historical records and combined traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques to preserve both the beauty and integrity of the building as it stood when first constructed.

Not to destroy, but to carry forward with care——.

It is our sincere wish to pass on this wonderful architectural heritage, exactly as it is, to future generations.

Awajimachi Yokan — L'Esprit Taisho vers l'Avenir.

Awajimachi Yokan fut construit en 1920 comme la Clinique Dentaire Nakai — un édifice chargé d'histoire. Plutôt que de le démolir, nous avons consacré deux années entières à sa restauration méticuleuse. Notre vœu sincère est de transmettre ce précieux patrimoine architectural aux générations futures.

Awajimachi Yokan fue construido en 1920 como la Clínica Dental Nakai — un edificio de profunda historia. En lugar de demolerlo, dedicamos dos años completos a su cuidadosa restauración. Nuestro deseo es transmitir este valioso patrimonio a las generaciones futuras.

Awajimachi Yokan wurde 1920 als Nakai-Zahnklinik erbaut — ein Gebäude mit tiefer Geschichte. Anstatt es abzureißen, widmeten wir zwei volle Jahre seiner sorgfältigen Restaurierung. Unser aufrichtiger Wunsch ist es, dieses wertvolle architektonische Erbe an zukünftige Generationen weiterzugeben.
